Jeff & Carrie Baden
Senior Pastor & Children's Director
Jeff serves as the Senior Pastor and Carrie as the Children's Director here at Hamilton Life Church. Jeff and Carrie have been married since 2007 and have served together in ministry ever since. They have seven wonderful kids; Kaitlyn, Jackson, Khloe, Joshua, Kathryn Ava, Judah, and Karoline.
Jeff and Carrie moved to Chattanooga in 2016 to plant Radiant Church and have pastored Hamilton Life since Radiant and HLC merged in 2020. Their heart is to see people changed through the power of God's word. They love spending time with family, rooting for the Minnesota Vikings, and watching movies.

Kristen Osborne
Worship Director
Kristen has served in worship ministry for over 15 years with her husband Jason. Together they have two energetic boys and enjoy creating family memories with unique experiences. Kristen is passionate about creating an atmosphere where all can worship and experience God in a powerful way!
Kathy Baden
Pastor of Pastoral Care
Pastor Kathy leads our pastoral care, missions, and local outreaches. She has a heart for teaching people about Jesus and how much He loves them. She has been married to her childhood sweetheart, Bob, for 40 years and has 3 children and 11 grandchildren.
Derrick & Araceli Jackson
Host Ministry Directors
Derrick & Araceli have faithfully served in ministry for nearly two decades. Proud parents of two adult sons, they have been part of multiple church plants and are passionate about serving others and building meaningful relationships. Together, they lead the Host Ministry with a heart for hospitality, striving to make every person feel welcomed, valued, and at home as they experience the love of Christ.
